After centuries of struggling to find a foothold as a performer, I dropped the mic, kicked the Technics, and picked up a clipboard.
I spend half my time pounding pavement for righteous campaigns & causes, and the other half writing about it. Since 2008, I’ve traveled the country as a political organizer and social justice activist. My specialty: door-to-door canvassing.
In grassroots politics, a Knock Star is someone who goes all out to meet voters where they live. So far, I’ve knocked in 29 of our (barely) United States. More to come.
